Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
Slopbot is a Discord bot that makes images and videos from prompts and files. It is a private project run by one person, @batfolx ("we", "us"), in the United States, on his own computers. There is no company behind it and no third-party operator, hosting partner or AI provider handling your requests. The short version: we keep as little as possible, we keep it only as long as the bot needs it, and we don't sell it or use it for anything else. Questions: dragoongod@gmail.com or @batfolx on Discord.
What we collect
- What you send the bot: your prompt, the settings you choose, and any images, videos or audio you attach or point it at.
- What the bot makes for you: the generated images and videos.
-
Usage statistics: how many images and videos were made, their length and render time, per
server and per Discord user. These are linked to Discord IDs and names (your user ID and username, the
server's ID and name, and the channel), which is what powers server stats like
/status. - Subscription records from Discord: which server has which plan, its billing periods and the credits it has used.
We do not collect your email address, real name, payment details, IP address or location through the bot. The bot only reads messages that mention it, replies in its own threads and the commands you send it, not the rest of your server's conversations.
This website
This website (not the bot) uses Google Analytics for Firebase to count visits and clicks on "Add to Discord". It sets cookies and sends Google your IP address, browser and device details, the pages you view and the site that sent you. Google processes this under its own Privacy Policy; see how Google uses data from sites that use its services. You can block it with your browser's tracker or cookie settings, or with Google's opt-out add-on. Nothing from the website is linked to your Discord account.
How long we keep it
- Files you attach are deleted automatically, normally within 24 hours.
- Prompts and generated images and videos are stored temporarily so the bot can deliver, redo and remix them, and are deleted regularly. We don't keep an archive. If you want to keep something, save it from Discord.
- Usage statistics and subscription records are kept for billing, server stats and abuse prevention.
How we use it
Only to run the bot: make what you asked for, post it in your channel, show progress and stats, count credits, and stop abuse. We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use your prompts or files to train AI models.
Where it goes
- Our own computers. Everything is processed privately on machines @batfolx owns and runs himself. No third party operates the bot, and no outside AI service sees your prompts or files.
- Discord. Results are posted in the channel where you asked, visible to everyone who can see it, and Discord handles them under its own Privacy Policy. Discord also processes all payments; we never see card details.
- Amazon Web Services hosts this website and, like any web host, may log basic request information such as IP address and browser.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.
Your choices
Email dragoongod@gmail.com or message @batfolx on Discord with your Discord user ID to ask what we have about you or to have it deleted. Server owners can remove the bot at any time. Depending on where you live, including California and the EU, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, and we will honor them.
Children
Slopbot is not for anyone under 13, or under the minimum age Discord requires where you live. If a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top.
